Frank McAllister, charged with

resulted in a verdict of guilty,

Sentence, life imprisonment iu the
State penitentiary.
K. F. Powell, indicted for house
breaking and larceny, was found
-guiltv and sentenced to one year
on the chaingnug. Messrs. Bass
ami Askins appeared lor the defendant.
On Thursday two cases came
