We are forced to leave out
several interesting communications
this week on account of lack
of spare. It would give us much
pleasure to publish everything the
week it is sent in, but sometimes
it is impossible to do so.

saves us the trouble of looking

Mr. Clayton Thomas, son of Mr.
II. M. Thomas, met with a serious
mishap on last Friday. Stepping
on a nail, which caused him to
slip, he tell, striking in's right arm
with such force as to dislocate it
at the wrist.
What's the matter with our
town council? They are all good
men, but seem to be totally indifferent
as to the sanitary condition
or rules and regulations of
the town. The tine is rapidly
passiug when something should
be done looking to the health of
the oitv.
Col. E. \V. Miller, of Florence,
who has been traveling salesman
for the late lamented Dr. Buer,
of Charleston, for the last ten
