It. Mucins in the penal sum of $205.10,
conditioned for the payment of $102.55,
v.-itli interest from date, at the rate of
eight per cent per annum. John J.

B. Uuggins his morcgage of tlie premises
heriuafter desedbed which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the Register
of Mesne Conveyance for said county on
the first day of May 1895, Vol. 3 page
227 On Dec. 9th, 1893 the said mortgage
with power of sale therein contained,
was for value duly assigned by
the said M. B. Huggins to the subscribers,
who are now the owners and holders
thereof; and there is due on said
mortgage debt the sum of $126.23 which
is evidenced by the consent in writing 01
the said J. J. Altrasn, dated Feb. fnd
1897 endorsed on the said mortgage and
recorded in the offle* of Register of
Mesne Conveyance tor said county, Book
3 page 227. Default has been made in
the payment of the debt secured by sa id
mortgage and no suit or proceeding has
been instituted to rwovey the debt secured
by said mortgage.' The said mortgage
will be foreclosed by a sale of said
premises by vlrture of the power con tained
in said mortgage by the subscribers,
at public auction for cash before
the Court House door in Klngstree on
the first Monday in May 1897.
