tions on Tuesday. After reading it

example of Mr. Mayrant, and took a
fatal dose of morphine. He had no
vice except drinking, and requested
in a letter that his fate be held up as
a warning to whiskey drinkers and
whiskey sellers.

Southern States as "a blot on civiliza
