Browning, Esq., County Chairman. Tho County Chairman then read the addrefli ap pen led to these minutes, and stated that he would organize the Convention by making up iLs roll l>rinui facie, and then the Convention would elect its own ollieers, and re quostod Mr. John 1/ H.'idtman, Secretary of tho Executive Commit- I tee to act as Secretary. The Secretary then callel the names of the Club.- and 64 deb gates were found to be present, being a huge majority of delegates as well as Clubs. Elizabeth Club not having elected delegates, but geutlernen from the Township being present, on motion ol Gen. Izlar, they were admitted to seats. The County Cha irman then : i nouueed that the roll was made up, a quorum being present, twenty two clubs represented au I 64 delegates present, the Couveuti ?u was ready to proceed to the election of psrmaneu t ullicefS.
