Genttcnicu?Some three ycarsngo I wan
taken with something 1 ikt> tuttltinn. Thent
tackn at first came at ninlit, ami wliilst
Afilccp. It nrouhl awake hie, and I would
have t<? K?'t lip and nit up till it would wear
on". The?! nttackn became mori- and more
Ireuuent, and hicrensetl more and more in
violence until the npringof 1S7<>, when they
became ularming. I had to sit up most of
the ni^lits, could not breathe in any other
position, and not in a Hitting pOfli.ion with
out very painful diflicillty. It was attended
with a very had cough. Tho ex peetoralions
were of a white frothy character ami very
tough I became very weak and feeble.
My physician did what he could, hut to lit
tie purpose. If he knew what nded me, he
kept it concealed from inc. I, however, was
satisfied that the dread disease of consirnp
tion was fast setting in upon my lungs,*
Providentially I saw the recommendation
of the lion. Alex.|H. Stepnens of the Globe
Flower Svrup, ami having known him for
years, and also of his physical infirmities, I
determined to make a trial of the Syrup. I
bought abuttlonnd commenced taking it as
per directions. 1 felt a sensation of relief
after the first dose (taken at night,) but had
to get up befoie day and sit up as usual. I
continued to take through the next day as
directed and at night before retiring. I
have not h\d to got up since I continued
to lake it regularly until I took three bot
tle*. The cough gradually subsided,
breathing became clear and i.. y, und for
twelvemonths I have been in perfect health
I ?no cough, no asthmetic nfleclion, and I
cheerfully attribute my cure to the use of
the (Jlohe Flower Snrup, and would recom
j mend it to all similarly afllictod. My
ollieiiil and professional labors are particu
larly straining to the lungs, hut I am per
fectly sound and well, and have no syinjt
tonis of any hing disease. I keep sonic of
the Syrup on hand, and perhaps once a
month take a dose of it, which 1 think
[ keeps the lungs vigorous and healthy.
1 have been thinking for some lime that
I would add my testimony to the virtues of
the (Jlohe Flower Syrup, and now take oe
casion to do no; and if you can make any
use of the above so as to benefit the stiller
ing everywhere, you are at liberty to do so.
Respectfully yours,
W. VV. SELLERS,

This Sarsaparilla is a combination of
vegetable alteratives ? Stillingia, Man

of Potassium and Iron, and is the most
ellieacions medicine yet known for
the diseases it is intended to cure.
Its ingredients are. so skilfully com

each is assured, and while it is so mild
as to be harmless even to children, it is
still so effectual a3to purge out from tho
system those impurities Mid corruptions;
which develop into loathsome disease:
The reputation it enjoys is derived
