L AW is now prepared to furnish his friends with this celebrated fertiliter at reasonable rates and easy terms See his card. More Cutting. We are informed on Saturday night last the knife was used upon a colored individml *>T one of his own color. We were not pos ted as to the extent of the damages. It seems that the matter was hushed up, and all be came quiet. We are not surprised at such proceedings, when we consider the amount of “chaia-lightning” they gulp down daily, and then with their boisterous gabble and screech- inga make night hideous. The use of fire-arms at night has become quite frequent, and is well calculated to dis turb the quiet repose of our citizens. Is there no remedy for these things? It there no law note? We ask for information. IN COMMON PLEAS. SITTING IN EQUITY. Darlington County. M. A. McClanaguan ) Bill for Par- vs. > tilion, Acct. Thoe.
