gage in the business of selling any
beer, wine, or spirituous liquors in
any store, or lot, or house, or on the
streets of Darlington, S. C. Any per
son or persons violating this law shall
be punished by a fine of not less than
$10, nor more than $50, or by impri
sonment. for not less than ten days,
nor more than thirty days, or by both.
