situated in Leavensworth Township,
Darlington County, 8. C., containing
23' acres more or less and known as
tile “The Adams Place.” The said
tract is on the Hartsville Railroad,
seven miles from Darlington, and
about three fourths of it is cleared and
in cultivation.
2nd. The valuable property in the
town of Hartsville, S. C., known as
the “Grove Hotel.” This property
tias a frontage on Fifth Street ot 357
feet and runs back perpendicularly
250 feet,and is bounded on the north
west by Home Avenue, and on South
east by Avenue D. The line two-story
building on this lot, constructed for
and now used as a hotel, contains
eleven rooms and nine closets, with
piazzas both front and rear. The ho
tel is furnished throughout nicely,
including table linen, t ed linen, and
crockery ware. A good two-room ser
vant’s house and other outbuildings
on the lot.
3rd. A neat and convenient cottage
containing six rooms, pantry and
closets, with the lot on which it is
situated. This property lias a front
age of 150 feet on Avenue 1) and runs
back perpendicularly 150 feet.
4th. The lot near the Hartsville
Railroad Station fronting northwest
011 Avenue C ami adjoining the office
lot now occupied by Dr. Gaddy.
5th. Five mules, two wagons, plows,
gears, &c. Ac.
