In view of the fact that the
game law i* being violated very
extensively throughout the
County, we are requested to
E ublish the following Act, passed
y the Legislature in 188C, which
covers the law on the subject: ;

Be it enacted by the Senate
and House of Representative of
the State of South Carolina, now
met and sitting in General As
sembly. and by the authority of
the same, That an Act entitled
“An Act to amend Section one
thousand six hundred and ninety-
four 0,0941 of the General Stat-;
utes,” approved December 26th,
1885, relating to game birds, be.
and the same is hereby, amend
ed, so that the said Section shall
read as follows:
