On Thursday last a woman

self by jumping over the falls.
A train ran into a party of
men working on the track near
Glascow, Scotland, on Thurs
day, killing five instantly and
seriously injuring a number of
others.
Governor Campbell and Major
McKinley, the Democratic and
Republican nominees for Gov
ernor of Ohio, will hold a joint
debate at Alda, Ohio, on Octo
ber 8th.

Mr. J. O'Brien, supreme treas

The Democrats won a great
