When the said return is made, the Auditor will administer tlie oath and sxvear the party making tlie return in each and every Instance.” Any person, company, or corpora tion commencing any business in the county after tlie first day of January 1891, shall within thirty days after commencing such business report to tlie Auditor under oatlt, the average capital employed or to be employed in such business unless such capital is shown to he listed in some other county or State for taxation for fiscal year 18 0-91 in accordance xvitii sec tion 210 of General Statutes. All real estate owners will be re quired to state under oath all im provements to buildings as well as ad dition of new buildings since making last returns. They are requested to state any ir regularities, errors, or transfers iu real estate.
