of South Carolina, now met and sitting in
General Assembly, and by the anthority of
the same. That in all eases where unim
proved land which has been upon the tax
books since the tiecal year oommeacing
November 1, 1887, and which me aot on
tho fvrfoited list, shall at any timo befor*
the let day of October, 1888, be returned
lo the County Auditor for taxation, th*

lo assess th* same and to enter it upon the
duplicate of the fiscal year commencing
