B, PAGE $ MULLED CIDER A quart apple cider Stick cinnamon A teaspoon whole cloves Honey A teaspoon whole allspice Grated nutmeg Place cider in large saucepan. Tie cloves, allspice and stick cinnamon in a small piece of cheesecloth and add to cider. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep 10 minutes. Reheat. Remove spices. Pour or ladle into heated mugs, each containing a tablespoon honey and a cinnamon stick. Garnish with a sprinkling of nutmeg. Makes 4 servings.
