Council approved a request from C. D. Coleman, asking that he be allowed to entend a drain line across the north end of the county parking lot on College Street, so that waste water from an automobile ser vice establishment could dump into a city storm drain. Coun cil reserved the right to re move the drain pipe should it become necessary in the future. Council signed a deed splitting State Senatorial candidates Robert C.
