C., Thursday, Juy 9, 1970 Mrs. Pless dies in Georgia Mrs. Nora Wilson Pless, for merly of Newberry, died Friday night at the Clarksville Hospital in Clarksville, Ga. after several months’ illness. Mrs. Pless was a daughter of the late Leonard and Lilia Crouch Wilson and had made her home in Cleveland, Ga. for a number of years. Included among her surviv ors are four sisters, Mrs. Dessa W. Burn of Newberry, Mrs. Am elia Keenemoor of Ninety Six, Mrs. R. J. Stark of Colliersville, Tenn. and Miss Sara Wilson of Newberry; and a brother, 0. L. Wilson of Chappells. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Koon of Chapin, died Tuesday at New berry. A native of Lexington County, she was a daughter of Mrs. Carrie Cannon McCartha of Chapin and the late Murray O. McCartha. She was an employ ee of Stone Manufacturing Co., Columbia, and a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church. Surviving also are two sons, Robert L. Koon of Chapin and Carroll L.
