This is the time of resolution. We sense the opportunity for change within our families, among our friends, and in our jobs. There is a feeling that we can wipe the slate clean and do better. We make promises to our selves and to others about what we will do and what we won't do and what we will do differ ently. Such promises made and kept can change us and the world around us.
