The first 50 married ladies visiting us after 3 p. m. will receive free a world-
famous Wear-Ever pie pan. There’ll be prizes for all... balloons and color books
for children. Register for the GE portable TV set to be given away at 6 p. m.
Billy O’Dell of the Baltimore Orioles will make a personal appearance and
present autographed baseballs to the first 50 men to attend the formal opening.
This office will serve Calhoun Life’s thousands of policyholders in the Pied
mont area. Calhoun Life is proud that the confidence of the people in this area
has made their new regional office possible.
Serving on the Board of Directors from the Piedmont are Thomas
H. Pope of Newberry, A. T. Allen of Chester, A. P. Paris of New
berry* and W. Claude Martin of Spartanburg.
Head of our Regional Home Office will be A. P. Paris, Regional
Vice-President. Agency managers are A. F. Ellis, G. D. Evatt, and
