THIS WEEK’S RECIPE
Broiled Chicken Paprika
(Serves 2)
1 broiler, cut up
2 cups lemon juice
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
% cup chopped scallions or
green onions
Rub chicken with oregano,
paprika, salt and pepper.
Arrange skin side down in bak
ing dish. Pour 1 cup lemon
juice over chicken and sprinkle
on scallions, if desired. Broil
each side until meat is tender
and skin a golden brown. (This
recipe contains no additional
fat and is fine for low calorie
diets).
in one, and put cookie 'fitters in
another. '
Punch a hole through your shop
ping list and tie it on the cart
while you do the marketing. It
won’t get lost that way and you
don’t have to keep handling it
either.
When you have to chop a lot
of vegetables, the easiest way to
do it is with a French chef’s knife.
Use a board or chopping block
and don’t let the tip of the knife
leave the board while you work.
While you do painting from a
ladder, hang a nail or two on
the ladder so you can put your
bucket of paint on there as well
as a cloth for wiping paint stains
and hands.

If you didn’t give blood the last time the Bloodmobile was here, make plans now to
give a pint on next Wednesday when the Bloodmobile will be in Newberry at the Luth
