Newman and family moved Saturday into Mrs. Bushnell Miller’s house on the Columbia highway. The Harold Bpilngs recently moved from the Miller house Into the house with Mr. Epting’s father. Brooks Ep- ting. The William Lester chapter of Langford the U. D. C. will meet Friday af ternoon at 3 o’clock with Mrs. E. G. Eargle. Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Pugh, of Charlotte, N. O. spent the week end w ith Mrs. Pugh’s mother, Mrs. R. T. Pugh Eyerett Edmund of Asheville, N. C., Mr. and Mrs. Roger Taylor of Lexington, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Loftis and her two children, of Charlotte, N. C. Mrs. W. D. Moore of Newberry spent the Thanksgiving holidays with Misses Mary and Susie Thanksgiving gueste of M r s . j an ^ ‘‘heir small son, Tony Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Smith of Fayetteville, Tenn. are visiting in the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Rev. and Mrs. J.
