But problems which are not adequately dealt with continue to grow until they have serious repercussions on the realm of the physical, moral, social and spirit ual. Many people do not find a so lution to their problems before serious difficulties have arisen be cause they do not know where to secure help. In order to meet the growing need of the public for possible assistance in solving their problems, Radio Station WKDK is inaugurating a program which is designed for that purpose. Each Monday evening at 10:15 p.m., beginning December 8th, ‘What’s Your Problem?” will be presented. This program will have one primary purpose: to as sist in finding a simple, workable solution to any problem which may be presented. An honest, in telligent and spiritual answer will be given. Steps will be suggested which will lead to a more intelli- gent handling of your problem. The program will necessarily be entirely unrehearsed. Any person may telephone Station WKDK, 143 and* state their problem. The per son will talk directly with the in dividual who will attempt to as sist in the solution-of the problem, but the problem will not be heard over the radio. However, the answer will be heard, it is belived that the answer to the problem of one person will help many other people with similar ones. This ministry has proven very effective in many larger cities, with thousands of people being helped through such broadcasts. Only real problems will receive an lative delegation were guests of the association. Mr. Lominick call ed on P. K. Harmon, county di rector of Newberry county schools, to introduce the members of the County Board. Present were J. S. Richey and J. L. Keitt. Sen. Marvin Abrams, with appropriate remarks expressing his interest in the schools, then introduced the incoming members of the delega tion, J. S. Hugging and Earl Ber gen. The guest speaker and entertain er for the occasion was Jack Lowe, SCEA Director of Public Rela tions.. After a laugh-provoking Introduction, he gave a program of accordian numbers and led the group in a series of songs. This provided a delightful program of music after which the meeting was adjourned. ■ "t LAFf OF THE WEEK I v*>!<vXv.vv. ’.V.V.V.W»*.v ;.v.v.v.v.v.v v/MvMvXvl!
