pearls and fell the length of her

of white gardenias and tuberoses.
Mrs. Eargie, mother of the brides
wore a dress of toast Marie
France lace with a corsage of
Talisman roses.
Mrs. Jay, mother of the bride
groom, wore a blue lace dress
with a pink rosebud. corsage.
A reception was held immedi
ately after the ceremony at the
home of Mr. and Mrs. Gurney R.
Summer, uncle and aunt of the
bride, on Summer street Mrs.
Jay is the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Artimr Eargie of-Newberry
She is a graduate of Saluda high
school and Newberry. .. College.
She taught for the. past year at
Allendale.
