Measure shortening, sugar, All- Bran, salt, into large bowl; add boil ing water, stir until shortening melts. Cool to lukewarm. 2. Stir in eggs and yeast softened in lukewarm water. S. Add % the flour; beat ’til smooth. Add remainder, beat well. 4. Cover bowl closely. Refrigerate overnight or until ready to use. S. Shape balls of dough to fill greased muffin pans about half full. Let rise In warm place about 2 hours or until double in bulk. •. Bake in hot oven (425* P.) about 15 minutes. Yield: 314 dozen deli cious rolls.
