To All Whom These Presents
May Concern:
in compliance with the law,
the Treasurer of Newberry
County has issued in the name
of tne State, tax executions
against defaulting taxpayers
of Newberry County to the Tax
Collector thereof. By virtue
of the said tax executions, the
Tax Collector of Newberry
County is directed and com
manded to seize and take pos
session of so much of the de
faulting taxpayer’s estate, real
or personal of both, to raise
a sum of money sufficient to
cover delinquent taxes of tax
payers hereinafter listed plus
the charges thereon, and he
will, after advertisement, sell,
to the highest bidder for cash,
the same property before the
Court House Door of the afore
said County on a regular sales-
day in December. (Dec. 6th,
1948) within the usual hours
of public sales.
After completing these sales,
the Tak Collector will give to
the Purchaser (upon his com
plying with terms of sale) a
receipt for the purchase mon
ey, but not to make title to
the purchaser until after the
lapse of twelve months from
