f October The Newberry Employment office has placed 90 physically handicapped workers since the first of January. Selective placement services are offered to all applicants who have physical disabilities. There are five groups of Handicapped Persons for whom employment is needed. These groups are: 1. Disabled Veterans of the World Wars. 2. Persons injured in industry. v » - f , 3. Persons injured in home, traffic, farm, and other kinds of accidents. 4. Persons disabled by illness. 5. Persons born with afflictions. Experience has shown that handicapped workers as a group have a slightly record than non*handicapped workers. HIRE a Handicapped Worker TODAY.
