The new Commercial—General Power—Rate is lower than any similar rate in any
town in South Carolina and is even on par with some of the TV A communities. For ex
ample the Commercial rate of Knoxville, Tennessee charges $11.50 for 500 KWH and
yet under Newberry’s new rate the cost of 5 00 KWH will be $11.50.
