The Dogwood garden club held
its December meeting in the
home of Mrs. H. E. Counts.
Beautiful Christmas decorations
were used throughout the home
and the gleaner, Mrs. Jake'
Wheeler, pinned a lovely holly
and mistletoe corsage on each
guest. Mrs. H. B. Hendrix gave
an interesting program on San
ta Claus after which Mrs. J. B.
Hunt conducted a clever stock
ing contest, the prize going tc
Mrs. H. B. Hendrix. After a
short business session the club
adjourned for an enjoyable so
cial hour during which giftts
were exchanged and refresh
ments served.
