Pugh. Mrs. J. L. Counts, glean
er, read a poem, “The Unwise
Man” a satire on Christmas
shopping.
The recreational leader, Mrs.
Jacob S. Wheeler, presented
each member with a numbered
corsage for the door prize,
which was won by Mrs. J. L.
Counts. Mrs. Wheeler also dis
tributed the exchanged gifts
from the tree.
The hostess served a salad
plate, fruit cake, and russian
tea.
