ed by the State Board of Health as a health hazard.
A new system is an absolute immediate necessity.
Increase of water supply.
The daily capacity of^our plant is now one million gal-

Our present Sewer lines are inadequate for our needs
NOW and will not permit of expansion for new homes
or Industries.
