It saves cash for War Bonds. k U. i\ Treasury Department MRS. MARTHA LINDLER Mrs. Martha Ellen Schmitz Lind- ler, 85, died Sunday afternoon at her home near Little Mountain. She had been ill for several years. She was bom and reared in the Broad river section of Lexington county but had spent the greater part of her life’ in the Piney Woods section of the coun ty. Funeral services were held Tues day morning at 11 o’clock from Piney Woods Lutheran church with Rev. G. H. C. Parks conducting the service. Interment followed in the church cemetery. She is survived by six children: Mrs. Mamie Rister, Mrs. Corrie Roberts Mrs. Roberta Amick, Mrs. Mary E. Shealy, David Evans Lin- dler, and rs. Willie Eithel Wes- singer; 38 grandchildren and a large number of great-grandchildren.
