Elsewhere, 9-A coupons good for three gallons through January 21. B and C cou pons valid for two gallons every where except Rocky Mountains and Par West, where they are good for three gallons. Fuel oil—Period one coupons good through January 3. Period two cou pons also valid in the entire rationed area, expiring February 8 everywhere except in the South where they ex pire January 25. Period three cou pons also valid in the midwestern and southern states, expiring March 14. In the midwest and February 22 in the South; period three coupons become good January 4 in the east ern and far western area and are valid through March 14. All coupons are worth 10 gallons a unit. C, Chaffee at the Navy Yard, This ship was christened by Mrs. Powell in honor of her son, William FtowtU, gunner’s mate second class, who was killed aboard the San Fran cisco in the Solomon Island, Novem ber 12, 1943. RETURNS TO FLORIDA Pvt. Jimmy Ringer returned to Zephyrhills, Florida, last Friday, where he is stationed, after spending a 15 day’s furlough with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. P. Ringer.
