TAKE WARNING-BE CAREFUL
Too often the one who causes a smashup rides away either stu
pidly unconscious of what he has done or cold-bloodedly uncon
cerned about it. He breaks some highway law, brings on a crisis and
then leaves the other drivers to get out of it as best they can.
Such people are a positive menace to all motorists. They never con
sider the other fellow—never look behind—never put out their hand
—never give any warning of what they’re about to do.
The authorities frequently catch up with these trouble-makers and
force them to pay the penalty for their self-suiting actions.
Check up on yourself. Make sure that YOU are not doing anything,
even innocently, to bring on a crash, or even to cause annoyance to
other drivers. Let everyone else on the road know just what you
intend to do. Do your part to help reduce accidents.
