During the past seven months,
222 children under 14 years of age
have been struck down in South
Carolina itraffic. Fifty of these
youngsters have been killed and
172 were injured, said J. S.
Williamson, Chief Highway Com
missioner in an appeal for mo
toring caution in school zones.
