Rawls of San An tonia, Texas, is here on a visit to relatives. Mr. W. H. Hester of Mt. Car mel was a visitor here Tuesday. Mrs. Sarah Holland of Ninety Six spent the week end here with relatives. Mrs. W. C. Reedy of Tampa, Fla., is spending two weeks here with her mother, Mrs. E. B.' Brown. Mrs. W. C. Reedy and Mrs. John N. Talbert are spending several days this week with Mrs. T. E. Snelling of Charlotte, N. C. member of the R. O. T. C. when graduated from Clemson in 1924 and since entering upon active duty, has made rapid progress. He received his commission as major about a year ago and is now an executive officer at Camp Robinson. Mrs. W. H. Hamlin hdd the mis fortune to trip on a rug at her home here Tuesday evening of last week and break her hip bone.
