At a meeting of the county Dem
ocratic Executive Committee on
Thursday, July 25th, it was
unanimously decided that a strict
enforcement of the rules cf the
party will be required at the pri
mary election to be held on August
27th. . , ..
The managers of election are
urged to see that a free and im-
partial right to vote without in- 1
terference be granted to every
qualified voter. In those precincts
in which the Australian ballot will |
be used, the rules require that the
managers shall be responsible for
all ballots furnished, and when a
voter presents himself he should
be given a ballot, and the voter
shall immediately retire alone to

istered in that precinct, enroll the
