Women To Hold
Spring Meet April 27
An important meeting of the
Executive Committee of the Coun
ty Council of Farm Women was
held on April 1st in the H. D.
Agent’s office.
Plans were made for the Spring
meeting of the Council to be held
at Buffalo Church on April 27th,
with the central theme of ad
dresses to be “Gardening.” A good
speaker is to be secured and all

chick feed and showed some good

with six members and Miss Bell
present.
Mrs. Roper read the 23rd psalm,
followed with prayer by Miss Annie
Chiles.
“All Hail The Power” was sung.
Minutes of last meeting were
read and approved.
Roll called.
Plans for the County Council
meeting April the 27th were dis
cussed.
Miss Bell gave a helpful talk on
Clean-up Campaign and Better
Homes, suggesting various ways of
making the home more convenient
and attractive.
Mrs. Dewey Langley invited the
club to meet with her in May.
