All that certain piece, par cel, tract or plantation of land, situate, lying and being in the County of McCormick, State of South Carolina, containing seven ty-one and one-half (71 1-2) acres, more or less, and bounded on the north bv lands now of the Peoples Bank of McCormick, South Carolina, formerly L. W. Ridle- hcover; east by lands of J. W. and J. L. Bracknell; south bv lands of J. W. and J. L. Bracknell and on the west by the Scott Ferry Road, and being the identi cal lot or tract of land conveyed to W. K. Charles by deed of the Citizens and Southern Bank of Augusta, Georgia, dated November 17th, 1925, and being the identical tract of land conveyed by W. K. Charles to the Peoples Bank of McCormick by deed dated Decem ber 30th, 1926, and recorded in the office of the clerk of Court for McCormick County in Book 8 oage 72. 22. All that lot or parcel land, situate, lying and being the Town cf McCormick, County and State aforesaid, fronting forty-tv/o (42) f?et on Augusta Street, and running back seventy (70) feet along Pine Street, and bounded on the north by Pine Street; on the east bv Augusta Street; on the South by lot of J. T, Fooshe and W. B. Quarles and on the west by lot of J. T. Fooshe and W. B. Quarles, as will more fully appear by a map of the town of McCormick made bv T. C. Ander son, Surveyo*,- in 1907. This is the same lot conveyed to W. B. Quarles and J. T. Fooshe by T. J. Britt on the 25th day of May, 1917, and is the identical lot conveyed by W. B. Quarles and J. T. Fooshe to the Peoples Bank of McCormick by deed dated August 7th, 1917, and recorded in the office of the C. c. c. P. for McCormick County in Book 2 at page 127. 23. All those three lots or par cels of land situate, in the Town of McCormick, State of South Carolina, known as Lot 27 Block 18 having a frontage fifty feet on Cherry Street and extending back therefrom one hundred and fifty feet; and lot 32 in Block 18 having a frontage of fifty feet on Carolina Street and running back one hundred and fifty feet and lot 14 in Block 18 fronting fifty feet on street leading to Dornville and extend ing therefrom one hundred and fifty feet, and being known as the J. A. Talbert lots. Terms of sale: Cash, purchaser to pay for papers and revenue or documentary stomps as may be necessary. All sales will be made subject to the approval and con firmation of the State Board of Bank Control. All negotiable in struments sold will be assigned to the purchaser without recourse. The interest of the Peoples Bank cf McCormick and of the under signed as Conservator in the real estate will be conveyed to the suc cessful purchaser or purchasers by quit-claim deed, subject to exist ing liens, if any. As each sale is completed, the successful bidder will be required to deposit with the undersigned ten per cent of the* amount of his bid as a guar antee of good faith and compli ance therewith. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid when the sale has been confirmed and delivery of the personal prop erty and of the deed of convey ance of real estate is made. If compliance is not made with the terms of sale, the property will be resold on some subsequent salesday at the risk of the former purchaser or purchasers. The notes, choses in action and securi ties listed on the Schedules above mentioned will be sold as a whole. The real estate, however, will be sold in separate parcels or tracts as above described.
