IMS ANNOUNCE LOUNGE COACH SERVICE Ministers Assigned And Officers Re-elec ted At Annual Con ference Of Pente costal Holiness Church Ware Shoals, Oct. 12.—The assignments of ministers to serve the various Pentecostal Holiness churches of the Upper South Carolina district for the ensuing church year was announced yes terday by officials following the close of the 23rd annual confer ence which ended a three-day ses sion at the Ware Shoals church Monday evening. All officers of the conference were re-elected during the busi ness session, at which time reports were heard from the various churches and plans for the new conference year discussed. Offi cers re-elected include: Rev. F. L. v Travelers between Charleston, W. Va., and Detroit, Mich., are due for a pre-view of the latest innovation in highway travel—the Greyhound Lounge Coach. Nothing like it has been seen on the road before—its novel features include all-weather air-conditioning, a smartly uniformed hostess, meals served en route, complete lavatory facilities, fewer seats spaced farther apart, individual non-t,larc reading lights, and ice water. Parents’ Day Celebration At The Citadel Oct. 29 Sl-CA V- Charleston, Oct. 16.—The an nual Parent’s Day celebration will be held at The Citadel, the Mili tary College of South Carolina Charleston, on Saturday, October 29. This event, which has become increasingly desirable as the en rolment of the college has grown, offers parents of cadets an oppor tunity to visit the institution at a time when all activities are in full operation or when they can be in spected without interruption or loss of efficiency. As has been found most exped ient, the occasion is informal in order to give parents the maxi mum opportunity to be with their sons, but enough of the purely formal is scheduled to permit all POMONA, Calif. . . .
