The Bridal Chorus from “Lohengrin” was used as the processional and Mendels sohn’s Wedding March was used for the recessional. Candles were lighted by H. N. Coleman, Jr., of Fredericksburg, t Va.,and James M. Dorn of McCor mick, usher-groomsmen. James O. Patterson, Jr., and John T. Mc Grath, Jr., of McCormick, served as ushers also. The bridegroom’s best man was Mr. James T. Faulk ner of Greenville. Mrs. H. N. Coleman, mother of the bride, served as matron of honor, wearing a floor length model in ashes of roses satin, and Miss Margaret Blakeley of Clinton and Greenville, dressed similarly, was maid of honor. They carried white candles in silver candle holders tied with silver ribbons. Bridesmaids dressed in similar models of primrose taffeta and also carrying candles were Mrs. James T. Faulkner of Greenville and Mrs. Joe C. Cloyd of Columbia. Little Miss Jan Parks of McCor mick, dressed in Nile green taffeta modeled along the same lines as those of the bridesmaids and trimmed with matching shades of ] velvet bands, scattered rose petals from a silver basket tied with silver ribbons. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore white Duchess satin fashioned with slight train and bolero jacket trimmed with seed pearls. Her veil was caught in a coronet of orange blossoms and she carried an arm bouquet of white calla lilies and fern tied with white satin ribbon. Mrs. Laye is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. N. Coleman of McCormick. After a short wedding trip they are making their home with the groom’s parents here on Main Street. Mrs. J. S. Laye of Walhalla. He attended Clemson College and for the past several years has been associated with The National Biscuit Company in Greenville. Music for the occasion was fur nished by Mrs. C. C. Morgan and Mrs. D.
