Coleman announce the marriage of their daughter Mary Sue to Mr. James T. Faulkner Saturday, December the eleventh, nineteen hundred and thirty seven Greenville, S. C. The foregoing announcement concerning two popular young peo ple of McCormick, is of state-wide interest. The marriage was quietly solemnized at eight o’clock Satur day evening at the home of the Rev. Dean Crain, pastor of the Pendleton Street Baptist church of Greenville. Only relatives and a few close friends witnessed the im- : pressive ring ceremony performed by Rev. Mr. Crain, j The bride is the second daughter ' of Mr. and Mrs. Coleman of Mc- ! Cormick. After graduation from ! the McCormick High School where 1 she made a high scholastic record, ' she entered the Business University of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Since completing her course ihele, she has been employed with the Liberty Life Insurance Company in Green ville, S. C. Mrs. Faulkner is one of McCormick’s most talented young women, having served as pianist of the McCormick Baptist Sunday School for a number of years. For her wedding she was unus ually beautiful in a m.del of royal blue chiffon velvet with harmoniz ing accessories. She wore a shoulder eorsage of yellow rose buds and valley lilies. The groom is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Jno. T. Faulkner of Mc Cormick and a young man of many fine traits For sometime he was associated with the Plymouth Mo tor Company of Augusta, Georgia, but for the past several months he has made his home in Green ville where he is representative for the Franklin Life Insurance Com pany unit of that city.
