Beauty Pageant At High School Here February 11th The McCormick High School is sponsoring three contests at the school auditorium here next Thurs day night, according to announce ment by Supt. Johnson. The first is a beauty pageant in which all the girls of the county ?.re invited to compete for the title of “Miss McCormick County.” The second will be an amateur contest. All who sing, dance, recite, or play any musical instrument are invited to participate. The third will be a contest in which all the little girls in the county up to the age of nine years are invited to take part. Mrs. D. C. Talbert, of McCormick, is directing the contests. The curtain rises at 8 o’clock, sharp.
