cupfuls grapefruit juice. i
% cupful orange juice.
V\ cupful lemon juice.
2 1 /£ tablespoonfuls gelatin (gen«
erous measure).
\Vz cupfuls sugar.
% cupful cold water.
1 cupful hot water.
Soak gelatin in cold water five
minutes. Boil sugar and hot water
three minutes, or until clear; pour
over the soaked gelatin and stir
until dissolved. Let cool, then add
fruit juice, a few grains of salt and
pour into ring. Set aside in cool
place for several hours to harden.
