The County Treasurer’s Office
will be open for the purpose of re
ceiving taxes from the ISthTiay of
September, 1936, to the 15th day of
March, 1937.
All taxes shall be due and pay
able between the.ISth day of Sep
tember, ' 1936, and December 31,
1936. ’
That when taxes charged shall
not be paid by December 31, 1936,
the County Auditor shall proceed
to add a penalty of one per cent
for January, and if taxes are not
paid on or before February 1, 1937,
the County Auditor will proceed toi
add Two Per Cent for February,
and if taxes are not paid on or be
fore March 1, 1937, the County Au- ;
ditor shall to proceed to add 3 per
cent for March, and if taxes are
not paid on or before April 1, 1937,
the County Auditor shall proceed
to add 4 per cqpt up to the 15th of
Apm, 1937, after which time the
County Treasurer shall issue his
executions for all unpaid taxes,
