Town section was a visitor here

‘stration Club met with Mrs. J. B.
Holloway on November 21st, with
14 members and 4 visitors present.
One new member w.as added tp the
roll. She has been a splendid 4-H
club girl, and we are glad she is
continuing in club work.
I The meeting was called to order
by the president. Psalm 107 was
read and the club joined in The
Lord’s Prayer. “The First Thanks
giving,” by Miss Ruby Walker, was
enjoyed. The club song, “Old
- , Black Joe” was sung,
w j Business matters were attended
to and reports from several com
mittees were heard.' >. Mrs. Frank
Holloway was unanimously elected
secretary of the club.
In the absence of Miss Harvey,
the lesson “Two Vegetables a Day”
was given by Mrs. W. T; Walker,
Local Leader. The club has been
organized more than a year , ajid
this was the first meeting the agent
could not be with us. *
The hostess served delicious cake,
coffee and cocoa.

Smith spent several days this week
in Tennessee buying mules for the
latter’s sales stables here. They
report good mules scarce, but that
they succeeded In buying a ship-
metit of good mules for the local
market.
