E. Britt of McCormick of the marriage of her daughter, Frances, to Mr. G. H. Reeves of Cleveland, Ohio, on March 20^h. The bride is the daughter of the late James Edward Britt, for many years a prominent banker and planter of McCormick, and Mrs. Janie Belle Kennedy Britt. She received her education at Win- throp College, Rock Hill, where she became a member of Beta Alpha, Tau Omega Kappa and the Inter national Relations Clubs. She did post graduate work at the Business University at Bowling Green, Ky. For two years she was head of the commercial department of the Mc Cormick high school from which position she resigned several months ago to take up secretarial work in Cleveland, Ohio. She is a talented and charming young woman and widely popular with a host of friends. Mr. Reeves, a native of Cleve land, attended Ohio State Univer sity where he was a member of the football squad and wrestling team. He is a member of the Sigma Epsi lon Fraternity.
