Cowan and Mr. J. M. Hemminger are business visitors in Anderson today. Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Rush of Troy, enjoyed a fish and turtle supper Friday evening, with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. P. Rush. Mrs. L. L. Rich and children of Clarks Hill and Mrs. A. O. Sanders of Aiken are adding to the pleas ures of the home of their parents, Capt. and Mrs. Sam McBride, with a visit of several days. Miss Martha Connor was a member of the grad uating class at high school and re ceived a diploma, also was given a beautiful gold medal for winning first place in the expression con test this spring.
