Hard, hard, indeed, is the contest, for

quility. But one thing more may
come which I cannot light, and that
is the Methodist revival, for like a
cyclone, they are terribly ill earnest
and always break me up. Old Simon,
Peter Richardson says in his book
that the Methodists are all fire and.

ers are all wind. I hope they won't
all come upon me at once.
But I am still hopeful and trying
