nine years, in the rotation of crops
and gives the following system as th

"First year: Oats, liberally fert
lizod, followed by cowpeas with 20

The director does not hesitato t,
say (and in this opinion he is sus
tamed by the agriculturist) that the
increased productivoness of the farn

lieved that the recurring crops o

of the rotation system adopted.
He gives it as the result of .thi
