Not "once upon a time" my hero lived, he
lives to-day.
And here at home, not in a "country stiango

the Agricultitral pepmrtient After
they are Put In the Ground,

the fertilizers used by our farmers
are Analyzed by the Agricultural
Department after they are put in the
gi ound. In the statement true? It
is. Since this fact is admitted to be
true, it might alppear, unless a good
reason can he assigned For it, that
this state of afiairs arises from In
coinpetence or neglect on the part of
the department. Is there a good

where these samples will be taken.
They may be drawn at Greenville or
