the 25th day of July, J22, upon the
question of issuing bonds of' the City
of ILaurens In the sum -of $05,000 to bo

of Issue and to bear interest at not
exceeding 6 .per cent per -annum for
the purpose of the extension and im
provement of the water 'works sys
tem of the City of Laurens. At said
